Medieval Helmet
Get Dressed for Battle manufactures all helmets according to historical templates. These may be well-preserved pieces from collections, e.g. Our Barbuta and Celeta. But also grave finds like our Coppergate or historical illustrations like the helmets from the Maciejowski Bible have been reconstructed by us. The helmet series from GDFB offers from the early to the late medieval age the most common forms. We pay attention to the different types of helmets, such as Bascinet, Sallet, Pot helmet etc. as wide as possible. That is why we usually find the earliest and most recent representative of a type, so that you can choose between different helmet types in a time period.
