The Oakeshott Type XVIIIa was Hanwei's inspiration for manufacturing this Bastard Sword. The weapons shape is characterised by its narrow blade that is also diamond shaped. The Bastard Swords knob is roundly shaped and grants a safe grip of the second hand on the grip if needed. The guide hand is protected with a very straight shaped guard. Get Dressed for Battle is providing a matching scabbard for the Bastard Sword that is included in the delivery. The total length of the weapon is about 109cm and the blade length is around 84cm. The Lionheart Sword weighs ~1,08KG what makes it very comfortable to wield.
